I gave it a 4/5. This is much better than much of the dribble found on this site at the moment. I suggest you learn a little lua and get Recount to match your theme you've got going here. It's also probably a good idea to get a chat addon to clean up your chat. Overall, a very nice job and the interface expresses the idea (which I agree with) that simple is almost always better.

If you want to change the look and feel of recount, you don't need lua editing training. There's plenty of options in it's config window (the one in Menu>Interface>Recount) that will allow you to edit it to your liking.

I actually use skada instead of recount because I find skada better/more able to edit it.

I moved skada out of the way and under the minimap.
I added a chat AddOn (Chatter) and a tooltip addOn (Icetip).
Oh and a pretty little gradient behind the main action bar. c:

You should get a threat addon and put it where Skada used to be. On a side note, I was unaware that Skada could look exactly like Recount. :P Personally, I was never a fan of the Recount icons, so I'd suggest making your own minimal ones to replace them; maybe like all white and slightly smaller.

I like your changes but I'd align your chat frame better and put the edit box above the chat frame (I'm assuming that's why you have all that space below it currently). Maybe also align your buffs better if you can. Also, not a fan of the background behind the action bar, just leave it like it was and you have yourself a very sexy interface. :)

Just remember these are my preferences and may not be yours as well so feel free to listen to my advice or not, it's up to you.

I fixed the chat frame and re positioned it to we the same as the minimap, just on the bottom of course.
Got rid of the gradient, you showed me the light, and I realized it looks pretty dumb.

Tried fixing the buffs as best I could, also got rid of the recount buttons ;)
I don't know why they were there in the first place tbh...
I'd post a picture but I'm too lazy,
it looks exactly the same but things are positioned better (imo) and no more recount buttons and gradient.

I'd get a threat bar but I haven't found anyone's that I'm a fan of, going to try ithreat though. :D
