Hi Tukz. I like very much your UI. But i have a problem. I'm playing on Russian realms and some of words are in "?"

One question Tukz, Not about you ui, but when is your homepage coming up again? I haven't upgraded the ui to v10 yet and i use to read much in your forum! I miss it! :P Keep up the great job! :)

very clean, gives some nice options built in, but is also missing a few options as well... info provided by guild/friends online is sparse, haven't found a way to easily show/hide bags in the bag frame, clock doesn't show date or have options to show local vs. server time. I also don't much like only 1 action bar showing... I need to see cds and have quick access to more than 1 bars worth of actions at a time, although I can see how some might be able to do just fine with it. Basically, I would only recommend this ui to someone who is for example travelling and wanted better than default, but doesn't have the need to have a more feature rich ui available to be able to get their basic wow fix.

W01ph, your opinion does not apply to everyone. No interface can be "perfect" for everyone, this is why you can modify the lua if you don't like the default. Tukz already puts a huge effort into making this UI as customizable and yet still simple as he can for everyone.

everything you asked for you can change in the LUA's. That's what makes this UI so great is the ability to get it how you want it so easily, and how most changes are covered on the forums by just using a search.

Not only this, but Tukz provides his own website with a faq on how to very EASILY fix most of that stuff. There is also a community there that is pretty damn nice and will answer even the most foolish of questions (I know cause I have asked them lol). While I tend to not like the fact that I have to edit the LUA files, it really isn't that hard, plus this is probably setting a foundation to help me figure out how to make my own UI in the future. Anyways point being, I think you are being a little too harsh in terms of the people you recommend using this UI. It takes like 20 seconds to go in and edit the UI to give you up to 5 action bars (3 on the side, 2 on the bottom), you can change bars to mouse over, you can add things, subtract things, etc. Roll over to his forums and look at some of the custom versions of his UI that people have created.

Anyways just personal opinion, as the post I quoted said, every UI is not for everybody :) .

Awesome UI.. really love how light-weight it is and Pixel-Perfect. It's amazing.. configurable and best of all.. SEXY!!

Only ingame options would be nice.. LUA is doable though : )

V10 -
Fonts are way too small and not readable.
Chat box is much too small to read
at 1900x1200 on 24in LCD

AND, when I uninstalled it - removed Interface and WTF folders, then restored the ones I had backed up before installing:
-The font face stayed the same
- The chat box is too low and half off the screen
- The 'loot' box still shows and is also half off the screen

The changes are NOT limited to just the files in the WTF and Interface folders as you are lead to believe. Now I'll have to reinstall everything so WoW is even usable.

Why are you hiding changed files? It is NOT just the WTF and Interface folders. BEWARE, If it doesn't work, you'll have to go through hell to restore your UI.
