SpartanUI provides the background, all the options turned off. Dominos on top of that and prat chatframe and combat frame on the sides. Quartz is set up so the three castbars for self, target, and focus target are staggered down and to the right. Buffalo3 puts buffs over self frame and debuffs right in center screen above Quartz castbar so you see them first thing. Grid and Recount are stacked above SpartanUI on the right side, Tipsy puts the tooltip on the left. HideBlizzard hides all the superfluous stuff like party frames and blizz buffs/debuffs.
