    Description

My main goal in this UI was to incorporate the use of gradients, something I liked very much but had never done before. It was designed with the hunter class in mind, but it can be used with some tweaking for any other physical DPS class. It would not work so well for a caster or healer, due to the fact that it has very small castbars and raid/party frames.

Mainly inspired by Carebear and Ryas, but I took some ideas from many others including Led, pHishr, Kamii and probably others that I forgot to mention here.

Unitframes, done by Stuf, are rather minimal. The power bar for player and target is a thin line on top of the healthbar, with an equally thin castbar overlapping it. Pet health, target of target and focus are all text-based. Castbars and buffs/debuffs are also done by Stuf. The small class-colored bar above my action bars is iThreat. Turns red when I have aggro. All the panels are done with LitePanels, and the stats addon (mail, fps, etc) is LiteStats (a lot of people have asked me that).

Overall, I've tried to make this UI clean and functional (which is the most important aspect of any UI), but also visually appealing, while at the same time keeping things rather minimal. I like to think I've accomplished that well.

A few people asked for a download, so you can find it here:

Please note that I will *not* be updating/maintaining it.

    Clean, symmetrical, and very pretty.

It's so clean! I like it! The gradients definitely add some good appeal to it. I'm not crazy about the bar inside the hp bar (cast bar/mana ?) but thats a pretty minor thing overall. Nice work.

Am I the only one who feels that EavesDrop looks a little odd with its vertical direction locked inside that panel?

    Nope! :P

That's not EavesDrop, it's Cascade. Not as configurable as EavesDrop, so there isn't much I could do with it, but at least it's being updated.

By the way, people seemed to like this UI so I might be going back to it and remaking it. I'm going to try and make the unit frames slightly less "minimal" (dunno why you guys don't like the manabar, I LOVE it), however I don't know how to integrate them well with the gradients. We'll see.

Just a heads up to let everyone know I've started a new project, and as such will not be updating this UI like I was originally planning. Sorry.
