That's a very interesting take on a UI! The size of the frames with your neat font give it a real personality you can feel! And I need to learn from you how best to get used to so few visible buttons...

Are you planning on raid frames to match? Considering your font, there are a few that might just be bars stacked on top of each other down the left side that would fit the feel very well. I'd also change your text on your minimap to match your unit frames, but that's personal preference.

    Well done in my opinion!.

nice clean, simple setup ! looks really like its specialized to a warlock :) could u maybe share the map-clock-addon/tweak? :D was looking for something as that, just fps and the time

The concept is very neat, but it's kinda poorly executed. Mixed fonts, and very much that breaks the 'theme' of the UI.

Haha! I haven't that name for a really long long time. Yep, it is me but I don't even own a computer anymore. was 80 and had a gs of like around 5k. It's too bad I never made any footage, it would have been nice to make at least one video at max level. Buuut who am I kidding, right? :P Was trying to get some 80-85 clips, but My motherboard is fried and my CPU fan doesn't work anymore; it only stays on for a few minutes before shutting off on me. I might get a new computer and fraps again. Video editing has been a hobby of mine for a long time, and it's something that stays in the back of my mind most usually.

The only way I knew it was you was from Mr. Wiggles... I have all of your vids downloaded. Great work, you really went MIA on your blog so I am glad to see you popping your head up on this site.

Have you thought about moving the unit frames more centered around your toon for easier visability like your previous stuff? I loved how "stock" your UI felt but with a twist, this is looking great.

How do you get that texture to have transparent edges, when i try to make textures for kgPanels, i always have a transparent bg and save as a .tga, but it gives it a white bg, plz help.

Well It's really easy, I can give you an "example" first /kgpanels config go to "Active Panels" Create a panel. (name it something like "Minimap" if u gonna make a texture for the map ofc) Now you will see that the new Texture "Minimap" is added under "Active panels" click on the "+" on the texture name (Minimap) then "Texture Options" You will now see "background texture" change that 2 what ever texture you want. Scroll a bit down, to you find "Border Texture" that will show "Blizzard Tooltip", change that to "None" Wolla ur bg is gone. now you can go back to your "Minimap" config find "Color and Opacity settings" change the "Background color style" to "Solid" also make the background color white now change "Background Gradinet Style" to Horizontal" also make the background Gradient Color white, last part before you are done, Change "Bavkground color Bleding" Change it to Mod, set "border color" to White, And wolla all done, no whiteness and no background

I'm not sure if End completely answered your question there, but I believe you were asking about creating panels in a program like Photoshop and getting their textures to show transparent backgrounds. If that is the case then the problem you are having is that you're not creating an alpha channel for the background. In short, you want to create your texture, then (if you're using Photoshop CS4 or better) flatten all the layers into one. Next, CTRL+Left Click on the layer in the Layers panel. This should select all of the content in your texture. Then, go to the channels tab and find the button at the bottom that says "Save Selection as Channel" click on it and it will create a channel called "Alpha 1" that looks like a black and white silhouette of your layer. Last, save the texture as a .tga file as a 32-bit with no RLE compression. If that isn't clear to you there are many guides online to doing this, just search for creating kgpanels alpha channels. Hope this helps!

Sorry End, I realized it wouldn't do for me to post on your UI without saying what I thought about it. I really like your UI. Mostly the unity in the coloration and the "shadow splatter" background texture you're using. I wish I was confident enough to get away from having all of my bars shown like you have, but I'm sadly too visually oriented to achieve that despite the fact that everything I use is keybound. The only thing I would say to it is that it's a little too big for my tastes but the style and set up is right on par. Great job overall.
