Not a bad attempt at my setup. The one thing I notice as an over arching issue is the lack of refinement. It's a much better thematic setup than your previous one (but that's just my biased opinion, haha). You do have more space and less central clutter. When I say lack of refinement I mean thins like the thin black borders I have around all of the elements in my UI. Pixel perfect sized black bar beneath, and at the same time a reason for the black bar to exist. I generally put data text in that bar, and the way you have it currently it's just an aesthetic addition (although that isn't a bad thing, but you need to give it a border and resize it).
Raven has the options to apply borders to the bars, utilize that. Give your map a Kgpanel border as well. Overall, like I said, not a bad attempt at a revision.
