I couldn't find a compilation I liked well enough so I created my own.

My grid layout is from "UltimateShamanUI Grid Config" on wowinterface. I tweaked it a bit to get it how I wanted but that is the base layout. The Action Bar layout is something I saw from the iLive UI on here that I liked as well. That was also tweaked to my liking. Other than that, it's my own work.

Works great for both ele pvp and resto pve.
I'll get some more screenshots in.
